Prayer Request

One of my seniors, and Madyson's afternoon teacher's mother had a massive heart attack Sunday & had to have triple bypass surgery. She is in ICU in Tupelo. She is great girl we just love her to death. Her & her mother are very close - dad left when she was 2. Please keep her & her mother in your prayers.

While your praying please include Kelly Soule's husband. She is a teacher at our school. I really can't explain everything they are going through, but God knows - so just mention them, too!

Doctors!

We had notice Lexi had been pulling at her ears again, not sleeping through the night & being fussy - so Drew took her to the Dr on Monday and just as we expected we have ear infections in both ears. So we got a shot and are back on antibiotics. Dr. Ski said they are not going totally away as soon as we get off the antibotics they come back & she just tolerates them. So they have set us an appointment with Dr. Cosby - the Ear, Nose & Throat Dr, for tubes. We go next Tues.

On top of a baby with ear infections, I have a "bigger" baby not feeling well either. He started not feeling well Sunday afternoon & just got worse, so he went to the Dr. today & found out he has a sinus infection & an EAR infection! So he got a shot & 3 antibiotics, too. He is up and going today though - baby steps.

On top of both of them, when I picked Madyson up this afternoon from daycare the owner said she had sent 5 kids home today with pink eye. So please pray we don't get that next!

McDonald's Date

We had a short but sweek visit with Paige, Taylor and Mallory Sunday at McDonald's. The kids had a great time playing. Of course I didn't have my camera, but Paige got a couple of cute pictures - check out her blog. I stole this one from her blog!

Basketball

Sorry for the long time between updates, but we have been really busy these last 2 weeks. This past week was North State Basketball in Jackson, (last weeks schedule - Monday no school, Tuesday - basketball playoff game at home, Wednesday - tumbling, Thurs - Saturday in Jackson) & the week before that was the District tournament at New Hope. Plus Madyson has started going to tumbling - full out nothing but gymnastics - on Wednesdays & still loving dance on Thursdays.

Well Basketball is over now, but it was a great run & they kids did far better than expected. Of course we go straight in to golf, but the good thing about golf is you cant play in the dark!

Puzzle Master

One of Madyson's favorite things to do now days is put together puzzles. She is really good at them & she does them all by herself!

Madyson had a great time at her first concert. She & I took turns covering her ears for the first 15 minutes, but then she finally got used to how loud it was and got down & started dancing. We had great seats! We were right on the isle, so Madyson could get down & dance in the isle without bothering anyone. She had a blast!

When we were leaving 2 of the movers; Rich & Dave stuck there head out the window of the building the concert was in & actually talked the Madyson. It was really neat, & of course we got the t-shirt! (Pink, of course!)

On the Roof!

Grandpa threw the Frisbee on the roof & climbed up to go get it. We thought Madyson was going to the back yard to see him come down & next thing we know our little dare devil is on the roof with grandpa. When grandpa got back to the ladder to climb down, Madyson was on the top on it. He had no choice but to pull her up!

Imagination Movers

Well the time is almost here. Tomorrow Sally, Samantha & I are taking the kids to Birmingham to see the Imagination Movers in Concert!! Madyson is super psyched. I will be sure to have my camera battery charged. Be on the look out for more pictures.

On a sad note, Drew tried to fix Madyson's Giga Ball, but it had a big tear in it, beyond repair. So guess what mommy gets to buy!

Ear Update!

NO MORE EAR INFECTIONS!! We went to see Dr. Ski this morning & we have finally gotten rid of those nasty ear infections. We kinda thought they were gone because she is getting back to her normal night time sleeping habits. YEA!!

Our New House

Here are a couple of pictures of our "new" house. It's amazing what landscaping will do for you. Drew made the shutters & we are so thrilled with how everything has turned out. We are looking at for a new front door & we still need to finish paninting.I know is kinda of hard to see the landscaping b/c of the shade, pllus all the plants are small. Thank you San-San for the landscaping & thanks to Grammy for the painting!
