Okay, so I know it has been a long time since I have posted. We were out of town for a week & I am still catching up. I have posted a lot, so make sure you go to the next page to see everything. I have also posted pictures from the beach on snapfish, please go check those out too.
This is a video of Madyson dancing at a restaurant we went to called Elmo's.
We spent a week at the beach with San-San, Papa Smurf, Aunt Paige, Uncle James, Taylor, Amber, David & Winston. It was a blast. We are already looking forward to next summer. We stayed at a house directly on the beach with our own private pool. The house was great, except for a few little electrical problems - that got fixed. It was in Santa Rosa, Fl about 10 minutes from Destin. Drew played golf 2 days, with Papa Smurf & Uncle James, I shopped one day, but for the most part we enjoyed spending time with family at the beach or by the pool. Madyson calls the ocean the "wave pool" She didnt love the beach & wave pool she would much rather stay at the pool - where we practiced swimming like a big girl (as you saw on the video). You can tell by the other video - she wasn't afraid of the ocean, though.
One night we went to eat at a place called Elmo's so Drew could eat the all you could eat crab legs & Madyson could dance. It was a really neat kid friendly place - Madyson & Drew both really enjoyed themselves.
The last night there we took some great beach pictures, I would love to post them all but that would take forever, so please check out snapfish for additional pictures.
Drew went to Sawgrass Sunday & came back Wednesday. He played with my dad in their annual golf tournament, where they finished 2nd & also got to play the TPC @ Sawgrass, where the pros play. While Drew went to Florida, the girls & I went and stayed with Aunt Allie & Uncle Lee & went the Geyser Falls Water Park. Lexi, of course slept. Madyson had a blast.

Lexi is really starting to develop her little personality. She likes to laugh & smile & talk alot, now.
Drew & I went to Rob McKay's wedding this weekend. Yes, just us no girls.......it was really really hard for me. This was the first time I had left Lexi. I didn't leave Madyson over night until she was 16 months old & that was with her daddy. Anyway, Madyson & my dad were supposed to go to Philadelphia & Aunt Allie was going to take Madyson to the water park, but Madyson got sick & they didn't make the trip. Grandpa was supposed to pick up Madyson at 7:30 - she was so excited about going to the waterpark!
The wedding was fun. We go to spend time with friends. Emily was beautiful!!
Saturday was a very busy day for the McBrayer girls! We had 2 weddings & a baby shower inbetween. Madyson & I went to Lauren Hester's wedding at 2 o'clock, then to Lance & Mary Katherine's baby shower that started at 3 o'clock , and finally to Chad & Cory's wedding at 7 o'clock. We had a great time. We got to meet Scott & Corey's little girl, Ella Kate, who is 2 days older than Lexi. Madyson had the best time at Chad & Cory's wedding - she danced & danced & danced.... she danced with her dad, her grandpa, Fran, & even the bride & groom. And of course, Lexi just slept! Everyone just ohhed & ahhed over the 2 of them. There are some good pictures on snapfish & more to come. Tracy took some really good pictures with Donnie's camera but we haven't had time to get them downloaded yet.
Drew & I just celebrated our 4 year anniversary last Thursday. Hard to believe it has already been for years, of course since we have been together for 11 years, I guess it really isn't that long. We have had a busy 4 years, we have lived in 5 places in 4 years, had 2 jobs, & the best thing are the 2 beautiful daughters we have together. Life doesn't get much better!!
